Fear of Flying is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Mýa Harrison. Released April 25, 2000 on Interscope Records, recording sessions for the album took place during late 1999 to early 2000. Harrison worked with a wide range of producers and songwriters on the album. These included Rodney Jerkins, Swizz Beatz, Wyclef Jean, Knobody, Robin Thicke, Tricky Stewart, and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis to embrace a more mature sound. Harrison described Fear of Flying as a metaphor for the ups and downs of life. The album's title came from a song Harrison recorded by the same name-not from Erica Jong's 1973 novel. During an interview with Billboard, Harrison spoke on behalf of the album's title and said, "I wasn't aware of the book, but someone later brought it to my attention. I've just started reading it and have noticed a lot of similarities.
JIMMY JOHNSON is a jazz related blues music artist. Johnson was born in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Several of his brothers had careers in music, among them the soul musician Syl Johnson and the bassist Mack Thompson, who played with Magic Sam. In his younger years he played piano and sang in gospel groups. He and his family moved to Chicago in 1950, where he worked as a welder and played guitar in his spare time.

Jimmy Johnson (born February 4, 1943, Sheffield, Alabama) is a member of the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section who was attached to FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, for a period in the 1960s. In 1969, with the backing of Atlantic Records executive Jerry Wexler, Johnson became a co-founder of the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, along with the drummer Roger Hawkins, the bassist David Hood, and the keyboardist Barry Beckett.
