Produced by Peter Tosh. Album Legalize It. No Sympathy Lyrics. I can't find no love No sympathy What kind of love They´ve got for me I'm on my way To happiness Where I can find Some peace and rest. Originally penned by Peter Tosh in 1970 while still with The Wailers, this version of No Sympathy rises far above its predecessors due mostly to the bluesy guitar playing of Donald Kinsey. In fact, the solo, beginning at 2:21, is almost pure blues, reflecting chops of a man (Kinsey) who was both the son of a blues player (Big Daddy Kinsey) and a backing band member to legendary bluesman Albert King. Donald Kinsey and Peter Tosh. Tosh almost seems inspired by the solo, and the verses after it contain an emotion in Tosh’s voice not ever heard in other versions.
