Beatin' the Odds is the third studio album by American southern rock band Molly Hatchet, released in 1980. This is the first album with new vocalist Jimmy Farrar, who replaced Danny Joe Brown. The remastering was directed by famous British producer Jon Astley.
Their second album, Alive and Kicking, was just released on vinyl by happening Ottawa-based Record Centre Records, following a digital/CD release in February. So Laj was feeling mighty upbeat when we recently met up in his basement studio in . where he recorded virtually all of Alive and Kicking.

The Match is a contemporary romantic comedy, set in the idyllic Highland village of Inverdoune.
