Nirvana is a "best-of" compilation album by the American rock band Nirvana, released in October, 2002. It was the third Nirvana album to be released following the death of vocalist and guitarist Kurt Cobain in April 1994, and the first to feature studio material. It is also the band's first best-of compilation. The album features the d "You Know You're Right", a song recorded in January 1994 during Nirvana's final studio session.

Produced by Jack Endino. Mom and Dad went to a show Dropped me off at grandpa Joe's I kicked and screamed Said, "Please, don't go!" Grandma take me home! Grandma take me home! Grandma take me home! Grandma take me home! Grandma take me home!

Live and Loud is a live video released by American grunge band Nirvana in September 2013. It was released as part of the 20th anniversary of the band's third and final studio album, In Utero. It showcases the entirety of the band's December 1993 live performance at Pier 48, Seattle which was recorded by MTV for "Live and Loud". The DVD also contains bonus footage from other performances from the In Utero tour.

Nirvana changed the course of popular music forever and remains an inspiration to those who have followed. The band’s musical legacy was illuminated further in November 2004 by the release of the 3-CD + DVD box set With The Lights Out, the definitive collection of Nirvana rarities and outtakes. In an effort to offer fans audio highlights from With The Lights Out, the 1-CD release of Sliver: The Best of the Box was compiled taking 18 selections from the box and adding 3 previously unreleased tracks.

Sliver" is a song by the grunge band Nirvana. It was originally released as a non-album single in 1990 by Sub Pop. It later appeared on their compilation album Incesticide in 1992 and their 2002 'best of' album Nirvana. DGC re-released the song to radio to support the release of Incesticide, resulting in significant airplay. A live performance is included on the 1992 "In Bloom" single, another live performance can be seen on the 1994 home video Live!

As evidence that Nirvana didn't "sell out" with their Nevermind album, Kurt Cobain pointed to "Sliver" and "About a Girl" as early tracks with pop sensibilities - catchy melodies were always in his quiver. More songs from Nirvana. His parents drop him off at Grandpa Joe's, which freaks him out. He begs his grandma to take him home throughout the whole song.

Sliver - The Best Of The Box. "Please retry".
